[Wow. Is it already May of 2007?]
I had been flying my flag pretty much 24/7 (and certainly on holidays like this one) until sometime last year when a gust of wind bent the bracket that attaches the flag to the house. Like all household projects, replacing the bracket--and doing it right--will take me longer than it ought to. Understanding this, my excuse is that a bracket replacement simply hasn't made it to the top of the priority list.
That said, in my heart, my flag is flying proudly.
And in the vein of those sentiments, please stand and join me in singing...
