You can look it up yourself.

I'm not a UN scholar, and frankly don't know much at all about Mr. Hammarskjold. For all I know there was all kinds of context in his statement that could make it mean anything. However, in the context of our current war with Extremist Islam, I thought the quote was interesting, to say the least.
